Cooking.

It's funny because living in the UK is a driving force for me to cook!

I don't even believe myself until now that I can cook nasi lemak and masak lemak.
Adding to that amazing fact (for myself), I cooked lontong and try to imitate my eldest sister.
But, things are getting to make sense because I've started to learn that cooking is not that difficult.
Second but, the level of deliciousness might be different according to few aspects which are natural talent, experience and passion.
Third but, I would love to congratulate myself for trying out to cook eventhough I never do that at home (honest confession from me).
No but this time, I use despite instead..haha..
Despite being lazy and manja, I'm learning through observation..yeayy.
I only have 3 photos here with me because my laptop is in coma because it is insisting me to have new adik which is Macbook Pro..haha..InsyaALLAH.

Term 2

I can't wait for February to come now because I want to go back during easter holiday which starts on 16th of March.. I don't care what people want to say about me because I admit that I am cheezy and I can't stand being homesick for such a long time.But I dont think people would say anything because this one is a lot better than last year where I booked the ticket for winter break and everybody was thinking that I am crazy. I am manja girl and both my mak and uya know me very well.So, it is nothing because I used to go back every weeks or once in two weeks when I did my foundation in Ipoh. Not to forget, every weeks when I was in MRSM Taiping. So, today is my boring day ever because it's winter and our nightlife started around 4p.m and that's it. I miss my home and every single things in it. Oh dear Allah, ease my homesickness for the better focus and concentration on my study. Seongsook just punished us with the pot luck arrangement because we didn't finish her homework. So, next thursday we have to bring food for her and there are 15 lucky students including me will prepare food for everyone. It's alright maybe next time we won't do this again. I mean the homework part not the pot luck one..I have two articles from my lecturers to be gobbled up for tomorrow's workshop..Owh dear, I am so lazy and I need home..:(

Marilah kita mula menghayati maksud doa ketika kita duduk di antara dua sujud semasa solat.




Dengan rendah hati, nyatakanlah permohonan ampun kepada Allah melalui doa ini.
“Rabbighfirli (Tuhanku, ampuni aku)”

Diam sejenak, hayatilah maksud ini semasa membuat bacaan. Buka dada dan diri kita untuk menerima ampunan dari Allah seperti membuka diri ketika merasakan hembusan angin sepoi-sepoi atau menerima curahan air hujan ketika kita masih kecil.

Tetaplah membuka diri kita untuk menerima ampunan Allah. Ulangi permintaan itu beberapa kali hingga kita merasakan ketenangan.

Kemudian sampaikanlah permintaan kedua,

“Warhamni (sayangi aku)”

Diam dan tundukkanlah diri kita untuk menerima kasih-sayang Allah yang tak terhitung besarnya.

Bukalah dada kita seluas-luasnya agar semakin banyak kasih-sayang Allah yang kita terima. Ulanglah beberapa kali hingga kita merasa cukup.

Kemudian, berturut-turut sampaikanlah permintaan-permintaan berikut dengan cara sebagaimana tersebut di atas, satu persatu.

“Wajburnii (tutuplah aib-aibku)”
“Warfa’nii (angkatlah darjatku)”
“Warzuqnii (berilah aku rezeki)”
“Wahdinii (berilah aku petunjuk)”
“Wa’Aafinii (sihatkan aku)”
“Wa’fuannii (maafkan aku)”
Setelah selesai, diamlah sejenak, kemudian lahirkan rasa syukur kita kepada Robbi.

Lihatlah, betapa besarnya maksud dan nilai doa ini. Ia adalah satu doa yang kita hanya baca begitu saja (tanpa memahami maksudnya). Dalam tidak kita sedar selama ini, kita sebenarnya seperti sedang berpura-pura memohon sesuatu.

Kerana kita memohon, tapi tidak memahami apa yang dipohon.

Sekian, renung-renungkan dan sampaikan.

My nearly end January

Missing your home is one of the most common thing when you are abroad.
Everything seems to appear in your mind including the smell of your pillow back at home.
It may sound funny but yes it is and that was the reason why I'm back to my old habit of counting days to go home and also started to allocate some money for the flight ticket.
This is exactly what I've been doing right after Mr Afandi went home..T T
I can't wait to go back and all the tour including Italy, Paris and etc went straight to the drain..
O Allah spare me strength and patience to perfectly finish my term 2..
I have to improve myself and my grades before going back and savoring all the moments in Malaysia..

So,what kind of pictures I should share this time..
maybe picture during our SECRET SANTA night..
and I got the greenish book from Sarah and she is my secret santa too..
That was so romantic I would say..

Dream comes true!

Alhamdulillah with the blessing from Allah S.W.T we went to Germany.

We here are me, nad, qist, and mr afandi.

Our journey started on 14th December 2011 until 17th December 2011.

Frankfurt Am Main it is, the first place we went and we stayed in the hotel in the city centre of Frankfurt.

The language- Deutsch was so strange and funny sometimes with a lot of bizarre words like ausgang for exit and danke for thanks.

But, it was such a pleasant getaway from Coventry because there was a lot of halal restaurants near our hotel.

Our stomach danced happily there.

We went to several places like Stuttgart, Darmstadt, Wurzburg and many more.
